Lucy 2010

Lucy, Lucy, Lucy. Where to begin? She is nine years old, likes kitties to a fault (Considering she's allergic!), and still has a dream to be a scuba diver that looks for treasure in the Caribbean. In fact, she is standing next to me right now wearing an over-sized Ocean & Reef T-shirt. If you've read my Mommy's blog, you know that she has brain tumors, but that is my mom's topic. She has a funny way of saying things, for example, theater, she says like Thee AY Ter. She says spiral notebook like Spie Wool noot book. She is standing here tellling me to write something. (OK OK!)
When Lucy was about four, maybe five, and it was Christmas season. We were watching The Nightmare Before Christmas, and it was the part were Jack Skellington was singing, and he said "And I, Jack, The Pumpkin King, has grown so tired of the same old thing." Lucy started laughing. I said, "Was that funny, Lu? And she giggled and said, "And I, JACK, THE PUMPKIN KING, has grown so... TIE-RED of the same...ode...fing." Cute, huh?
